McCracken Projects was founded with a simple belief: building a home should be a thoughtful, collaborative experience from beginning to end. After years of working on high-end custom homes, we saw firsthand what creates exceptional projects — and where the building process often falls short. We set out to build a company that combines outstanding craftsmanship with clear communication, intentional planning, and a genuinely personal experience for every client.

We've never wanted to become the biggest builder — we want to be the right builder. By intentionally taking on a limited number of projects each year, we're able to stay closely involved throughout every phase of the process. That means greater attention to detail, better communication, and the confidence that the people you chose to build your home are the same people guiding it every step of the way.

McCracken Projects is a husband-and-wife team that brings together expertise in construction, architecture, and design. After earning a degree in Construction Management, Taylor spent three years building high-end custom homes, gaining valuable experience in every stage of the construction process. Those years shaped his understanding of what makes projects successful and revealed opportunities to create a better experience for homeowners. That vision became the foundation of McCracken Projects.

Mallory earned her degree in Architecture and Design and is passionate about creating homes that are as functional as they are beautiful. She believes every family lives differently, and every home should be thoughtfully designed around the people who call it home — not built from a one-size-fits-all approach.

Together, we combine thoughtful design with quality craftsmanship to create homes that feel personal, timeless, and uniquely suited to each client. Our goal is simple: to build homes that reflect the families who live in them while making the journey just as rewarding as the finished home.
